WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not happy with your order,
We will return for store credit or other items within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
YOU are not responsible for shipping charges To/From on orders that need to be exchanged for another style.
Please ensure the item(s) sent back is via a traceable and/or insurable method as La Shimmer is not responsible for any packages damaged or lost in transit.
- LA SHIMMER has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.
ALL returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition/packaging.

STORE CREDIT will be will be sent in the form of a gift card code to the email address you checked out with. There will be NO restocking fee. Use this code as cash for anything on our online store. Credit NEVER expires!

WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?
General Shipping Information
- All orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5 P.M.
- All orders placed after 2 P.M. on Friday will be processed on the next Business Day.
- Please allow up to 2 business day for your order to be processed and shipped.
- During high seasons or sales events it may take up to 2-4 business days to be shipped.
- We Ship anywhere in the continental United States.
Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS.
Once the order is in possession of the mailing carrier (USPS), La Shimmer cannot provide an estimated delivery date information for your package.
Once your order is placed you will receive an email notification containing:
- Your package tracking number.
- Your package is out for delivery.
- Your package has arrived.
If you haven't received a shipping notification for you order after 6 days (of your order being placed). or if you have any other questions related to your order please contact us at via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Packages Stolen, Damage or Lost
We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately La Shimmer cannot be held responsible.
Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect address can cause lost packages. If the package is return to the sender (our office) due to an error in the shipping address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping again.
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that the customer provided at checkout, La Shimmer is not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery (delivery details can be verify with the order's tracking number).
If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS or UPS directly.
Items showing delivered but its not there?:
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Don't worry though, our carriers might of scanned your package a bit too early. We do we can to make sure you get your orders as fast as possible. Our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. Due to carrier delays connected to high package volume and Covid-19, you may experience some delays or delivery restictions in certain locations.
Please contact your local carrier USPS or UPS office and give them your tracking info. They will be able to further assist as you additional shipping info is out of control.
